1. To set the Canon printer from offline to online mode, first navigate to Settings and then tap on Printers. After this, press right-click on Canon printer and then choose the option “Use Printer Online”.
2. If there exist print jobs then clear them. Then press double click on Canon printer and navigate to Printers menu and choose “Cancel all documents” option. It might be possible that due to a struck printing job, your Canon printer is not getting into offline mode. So, it will prove advantageous if you delete all print jobs.
