1. Firstly press the Setup button on your Canon MP495 printer. You can use the right arrow keys or left arrow keys to highlight Wireless LAN setup. Then press OK.
2. To activate the Wireless LAN function, just press the OK button. When Wireless LAN function activates, WiFi LED turns blue in color.
3. In the next step, just highlight the Easy Setup and then press OK. After this, just choose the name of your wireless network and then press the OK button.
4. To enter into editing mode, you have to enter the wireless connection’s password and after this, press “Left Function” button. While typing the password, if you want to switch to the alpha-numeric keyboard, just press the “Center Function“ button.
5. For ensuring if you have entered the correct password, just press the “Left Function” button. Now you will see “Connected to the access point” message.
