Yesterday, I downloaded driver for my HP DeskJet 2130 printer. After downloading driver, when I connect my computer (win 7) to printer, “unable to connect, please try again” message displays on the screen. I have also tried running diagnosis but still same error persists. I have also uninstalled drivers and then reinstall on my system but still the problem is same. Can anybody tell me some concrete steps that could really help? Thanks!
