Errors Occur When Printing with HP Laserjet

Hello everyone! I am using HP laserjet 6P printer. When I print from Powerpoint 2016, I see “printer error” on the computer’s screen. On the other hand, I am able to print from other MS-Office applications. I don’t understand why problem arise while printing from Powerpoint 2016. Is there anyone who can provide me relevant solution for this issue? Thanks in Advance!

How to Print Powerpoint Document in HP Printer -

Only for Microsoft Powerpoint 2003

First of all, open Powerpoint and then open that presentation that is causing printing issue.
Move to Picture Toolbar and then click on Compress Pictures.
In the Compress Pictures dialog box, you have to click on “All Pictures in the document”.
Under Change Resolution, you have to click on the Print option.
Then move to Options and choose both the checkboxes i.e., Compress pictures & Delete Cropped Area of Pictures.
Click on Apply button.

Only for Microsoft Powerpoint 2007

First of all, you have to open PowerPoint. Now open that presentation that is causing printing issue.
Move to Format tab and then tap on Compress Picture that is in the Adjust group.
Now you have to select that checkbox that is labeled as “Apply to selected pictures only”.
Then tap on Options.
Choose these checkboxes i.e., “Automatically perform basic compression on save” & “Delete Cropped Areas of pictures”.
After this, you have to click on the option “Print (220 ppi): excellent quality on most printers and screens” option.
Press OK at two times.
