Solution 1 - Disable SNMP and request printer status information via WMI

1. First of all, you have to open Ricoh print and Share.
2. Now move to the upper right corner, tap on Change to open the Profiles dialog.
3. In the Profiles dialog, press a click on “General Configuration”.
4. Then you have to change “Available methods for detecting printer status” to “Only WMI”.
5. In last, close all dialog and save the entire settings.

Solution 2 – Change the Printer Channel

1. Firstly, open Ricoh print & Share.
2. To open the Profiles dialog, you have to click on Change option that is located in the upper right corner.
3. In the Profiles dialog, you have to choose Profile and then click on Edit. From the Channel list, you have to choose Printer Channel.
4. Then click on the Trigger points button that is present below the Channels list.
5. Move to Channel Requirements dialog and then choose the Print error levels dialog.
6. Now, you have to find the offline error and then change the error level to “Warning” or “None”.
7. At last, close all dialogs and save the settings that you have made.
