Sign in as Machine Administrator on Ricoh Printers

When Printix Go is set up, adhere to these instructions to log in as an administrator on Ricoh printers.

Printix Go Ricoh Version 2.0.0.27 and Later

Touch the touchscreen in the printer five times in the upper-left corner of the Sign In page. There will be a brief icon.

With this, you have access to Settings for Administrator on the printer's home page. It's necessary to log in as an administrator in order to make use of the Settings. For information on how to access Settings of Administrator, please refer to the user manual for your printer.

Step 1: Disconnect the network cable from the printer.

Step 2: Selecting Login on the printer's touchscreen will display the Printix Go waiting screen.

Step 3: In the bottom right corner, click Sign in.

Step 4: Connect the network wire to the printer.

Step 5: On the first line, type the administrator username (admin).

Step 6: On the second line, hit the administrator password.
