How to Fix Error of Color Management on Epson ET-3750 ECO Tank Printer?

Just purchased Epson ET-3750 eco tank printer. I have always been a fan of Epson for the color and quality since I make greeting cards and stationery. This is my 5th Epson printer so other than this being an eco tank I am familiar with these printers. BUT once I loaded all the software the quality is AWFUL. The colors are off, the resolution is grainy. I am here as a last resort, I have tried changing the settings in many configurations and nothing seems to work. I finally deleted all the software and now I can at least get the correct colors, but I cannot get the sharpest resolution. I would really like to use the software because there are so many options, but I need some guidance on how to set up color management correctly for this particular printer.
