EPSON ET-2550 Scan
I have a Epson et-2550 wireless printer. The computer has a ethernet cable connection to a Bell Fibe 3000 modem. I am able to print from the computer to the printer. When I want to scan using Epson scan on my computer I am unable to do that. I can scan from the computer using the Microsoft scan command but it does not let me change the dpi or anything else. Is there a setting on the computer/modem or printer that needs to be changed so the computer recognizes the scanner with the Epson Scan software?
