Epson StylusPro3800 B&W Prints Come Out Toned Red

This is a problem which I have not had in the past, and which appeared spontaneously. I am printing in B&W using an Epson Stylus Pro 3800 and the latest version of Photoshop 2026 on Epson photo paper. Operating system is Mac OS 10.13.4 on an iMac. Settings in Photoshop are: Printer Manages Colors Normal printing Relative Colorimetric Color Matching: Epson Color Controls Print settings: Advanced B&W Photo with normal color toning. Printer driver freshly replaced, ink flow checked and normal. My problem is that prints are coming out displaying a slight but very definite red tone. Can anyone suggest a cause or a better still a remedy, as I am all out of ideas?
