Step 1 : Firstly turn off your Dell printer and remove USB cable, power cord.

Step 2 : Next, remove the paper tray from the printer and then open the front cover of the device.

Step 3 : In the next step, you have to remove the toner cartridge from the printer.

Step 4 : Now, you have to remove paper jams that are present behind toner cartridge. Check if there exists paper jam below the front printer flap then remove it gently. Then proceed to the next step.
