Paper Size: If you are printing a differently sized paper than what you usually choose the right paper size in the software.
Black and White: If you want to take printouts only in monochrome, select the option for that such as Grayscale.
This is advised to do only if the printout has track marks or smeared text. For that, you will get the process on the manufacturer website or in the user manual.
