  • Grasp the sides of your printhead and lift the printhead to unseat it without taking it out from the carriage.
2) Bring the Printhead Back in Its Original Position and Close the Carriage Latch
  • Keep the printhead back in the carriage for reseating it. Once you place the printhead back into the carriage, it seats in the carriage.
  • Seat the printhead properly inside the carriage.
  • Close the latch. Please make sure that the latch is properly closed.
  • Close the ink cartridge access door.
  • Power on your printer, if it does not get turned on automatically.
  • Wait for your printer device to become static and silent before you continue.
