Brother printer connected but not printing?

I have a brother laser printer at home which I have been using for over 7 month period time without any major malfunction or serious issue. Recently I updated my computer OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and that is why I have to reinstall my printer on my computer but just after the installation and connecting it over the network my printer stopped printing. That is pretty weird to me as ink cartridges are fine and mostly filled and it was working yesterday. Does anyone know what is wrong with my Brother printer? Please help
