Your printer not able to print PDF files because of memory issue or maybe an outdated printer driver. I will discuss it in detail. Follow the instructions carefully.

  1. Reboot your Printer

If your printer is specifically not printing PDF files then chances are its memory is cluttered, so restart your printer after a few minutes of shutting down and see if the issue is resolved.
  2. Clear the memory

Chances are your printer's memory is almost full and it cannot distinguish between the commands. So make sure to check your printer's memory and clear it if its full.
  3. Update drivers

Printer basically does not have any problems with Acrobat's PDF format, so the chances are your printer driver is outdated or corrupt. go to your Vendor's website - www.brother-usa.com/brother-support and download the latest available version of the driver on to your printer.

Note: If you don't know that how to update Brother printer drivers than Clck Here for more information.
  4. Reset to factory settings

If any of the above-mentioned steps did not resolve the issue, then chances are some internal software snag might have occurred. So it is advisable to restore to factory settings as it will eliminate any internal settings issue with your printer.

Hopefully, these steps helped you in resolving the issue. in case you have any further doubts or problems feel free to reply back.
