I recently shut off and restored power on a circuit that has my Brother DCP-L2520DW. It was powered from a surge-protector. The other 4 devices on that protector are fine, but the Brother is dead. When I apply power to it, all of the segments of all of the characters in the LCD flash on and off. I've tried things like holding down the power button on the printer while applying power, with no change. I'm assuming this is a hardware problem, and that one or more boards are dead. Any suggestions on determining which board (power supply, cpu, etc) are dead? I have a Fluke DMM and a Tektronix 2246 scope for diagnosis.
