Fix Brother Printer Offline Problem:

The reason for your Brother printer to show offline message even though it is connected to the wireless network could be a result of various factors, I will discuss a few troubleshooting techniques to resolve the same, kindly follow them carefully:

1. Power-Cycle Your Setup: This might seem like a very basic step but most of the clogs and non-serious issues can be dealt using the same method. So power-Off your printer, router and computer all simultaneously. Switch it on after a wait of few minutes and see if the issue is resolved.

2. Update Drivers on Printer: Your printer is a combination of different hardware and software combined together to make a good working machine. These drivers are vulnerable to various kinds of corruption and even out-dated.

So head over to your vendor's official website and search your device by model number. Once you find it go to its respective "Download" section and look for any updated drivers available, Download these updated drivers and install them one by one.

3. Update Drivers on Your Router: Just like printers even your router has drivers installed in it to control various functionalities. So if your printer is not able to connect to your router chances are it might have been corrupted or outdated. So just like your printer in the previous step download any available driver for your router and install them.

4. Reset your Brother Printer: If any of the above-mentioned steps did not help you resolve the problem then chances are your printer must be facing some internal software conflict.

So in these kinds of scenarios we recommend people to reset their machine to default factory settings. This will wipe out any internal faulty settings on the printer machine and hopefully resolve the problem.

Hopefully, these steps helped you in resolving your printer's connectivity issue, in case you have any further doubts or queries regarding the same, then feel free to revert back to your query.
