A Line of Dots Down Printed Page in Samsung Printer

I have a line of dots running down the page. If I print one color the dots are that color. If I print a photo the dots are different colors one row spaced 1/4 inch apart. If there is a way to post the images I can.The dots only appear where there is print. If printing stops halfway down the page the Dots stop.
