I have a Samsung sx425w printer at home and I use if for my day-to-day work. The printer has been working fine for more than 8 months now without any major hiccups. Recently I updated my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 last night. Since the update my Samsung printer refuses to connect to my Windows PC and shows an error which says, "Communication Error". I do not know what the problem is, can anybody help me out here?
Insert that installation CD that came along with your Samsung printer into your computer. On the other hand, if you don’t have Samsung printer installation CD then you have to download the appropriate drivers for Samsung printer from the official website of Samsung printer.
For adding Samsung printer to Windows 10 OS, first, navigate to windows settings and then tap on “Printers & Scanners”. After this, turn on your printer and then click on “Add printer” button to add your Samsung printer.
