Fix Samsung Wireless Printer not Responding -

Follow these steps to troubleshoot Samsung wireless printer -

  1. First of all, confirm that your Samsung printer and router is on. After checking this, you have to find out whether the wireless adapter driver properly installed or not.
  2. Go to your desktop and click on the Start button. Move to search box, type “Device Manager” and then hit Enter. From the displaying results, choose the Device Manager option and then go ahead.
  3. Next, navigate to Network Adapters and then search for the entry that contains a yellow exclamation mark. When you find the proper entry, press right-click on the Wireless adapter option and then choose the option “Uninstall”.
  4. Now, visit the Samsung official website and then download the latest wireless adapter driver according to your Samsung printer model number. Once you download the appropriate driver, just install it on your operating system.

  6. After rebooting, check if your Samsung wireless printer is working properly or not.

If due for any reason, you are unable to install a wireless adapter driver on your OS then you should set an ad-hoc wireless connection between your Samsung wireless printer and router that you are using.

  3. Navigate to Printer Connection type window and choose the option “wireless network connection”. Then hit Next.
  4. Now you will see “Are you setting up the printer for the first time” screen, here just click on Yes button.
  5. Then you are redirected to next screen i.e., “Choose the wireless setup method”. On the same page, choose the option “Using a direct wireless connection”. Then hit Next.
  6. You are now redirected to “Press WPS button on your printer” screen, so just press Samsung printer’s WPS button.
