I have a Samsung wireless laser printer at home and I have been using it for over 6 months now. My printer was usually connected to my computer which is a Windows PC, recently due to some malfunctioning and other reasons I bought a iMac but for some reason it is not detecting my wireless printer and that is why I am not able to connect it to my Mac. Does anyone here knows the reason for it? Kindly help me out with my problem.
Step 1 - First of all, you have to choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
For Print Using, don’t choose “Generic Postscript printer”. For downloading manufacturer drivers form official SAMSUNG Printer "website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/products/printers/samsung-printers, you have to click on your Printer name from the printer list.
Note: As of Nov. 1, 2017, the Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. printer business and its related affiliates were transferred to HP Inc.
Step 5 - Next, click on Add button to add your printer to the list of printers.
