Connect a Chromebook to a Network Printer:

In the previous year, Google made a decision to discard its cloud print service. This news may upset the users who used to depend on the Google Cloud Print service.

The company decided to do so because it was a useless service. Printers hardly work with this service. In case they do, then the user struggles with the troubleshooting process. So, it is hard to find a replacement for a service like Google Cloud Print. This can become even more difficult when there are many Chromebooks on your network.

Google Cloud print service works really well with Chromebooks. All you have o do is connect your printer to the computer system. Now, connect it to the Google Cloud Print service. You can share it with any person who has a printing requirement. It is very easy to use the Google Cloud Print service on Chromebook.

Steps to Add a Printer to Chromebook-

Prior to adding a printer, you must ensure that you have logged into your PC and then connect it to the wireless network. When you are done logging in, then below are the steps that you need to follow to add a printer to Chromebook wirelessly.

Step 1: Go to the time section and then select Settings. After that, move to the end right corner of the screen and choose the gear icon.

Step 2: Go to the end of the screen and then select Advanced.

Step 3: After that, move to the Printing Section and then click on the option of printers.

Step 4: Now, select the option of "Add Printer".

Step 5: In case the printer appears in the pop-up, then click on it and then add it. You may even have to search for it by selecting the option of "Add Nearby Printers". You can add a new printer manually by carrying out the commands appearing on the screen.

Once you are done adding, then you will be able to print easily without going through the hassle of setting up the printer again. However, if you have multiple printers and you want to perform this process on another printer, then you have to go through the entire process again.
