- Launch Chrome browser on your computer/Chromebook and login to your Google account.
- Enter chrome://devices in the address bar, and press Enter.
- Google Cloud Print starts detecting network printers.
- If your printer is listed under New devices, Register it and confirm.
- If your printer is listed under My devices, it is pre-registered with Google Cloud Print. Finally, click Manage and view all your registered Google Cloud Print printers.
- In case, your printer shows in no list then ensure that it is connected to the same network. Alternatively, you can register your printer using the email address that HP ePrint assigned to the printer.
- From the printer control panel, confirm the registration process.
- Lastly, confirming your registration, your printer is ready to print with Google Cloud Print.

- Connect your printer to Google Cloud Print via Chrome browser installed on your Android device (OS 4.4 or later).

Step 3 : Choose your printer and then click Share button.
Step 4 : In the Sharing settings window, enter the name or Gmail addresses of person you want to share your printer. Lastly, click on Share.
Step 5 : Consequently, Google Cloud Print sends an automatic email to the recipient.
Step 6 : Once the recipient accepts the offer, they will see your printer as an option while printing from Chrome.
