Hello, Please let me know that how to fix HP Printer error 59.F0. When i am trying to print with hp printer then they show me error 59.F0. I have no idea about that. Help me.

Reset Your Printer

Reset Your ITB

  • You need to reset your ITB.
  • Check the internal connections of ITB such as the connection between ITB and a transfer-roller-disengagement sensor located at connector J19 and the connection between ITB and DC controller PCA also known as connector J128.

Test Your ITB

  1. Remove the ITB completely, if the issue still exists.
  2. Now examine the ITB gear and the flag manually. Here’s how you can do it.
  3. Check for any fluctuation in the gear by rotating the gear while you turn the white gear.
  4. You need to replace the ITB if you find it damaged.
  5. In case the ITB gear and flag is working properly, Check for the Sensor SR9. For this, you will have to follow the following steps to do the Manual Sensor test.
  6. Now remove the ITB gear, and locate the sensor SR9 which is located in the ITB cavity.
  7. Browse the control panel.
  8. Press the Home button, and to focus on the diagnostics menu press the down arrow.
  9. Click on the OK button and choose the manual sensor test and then again click on OK.
  10. Check inside the ITB cavity and release the SR9 flag and check the display for the sensor response when you press the flag.
  11. The sensor will toggle between 0 and 1. If the toggle does not happen, then you need to get the sensor replaced.

Perform Fuser Motor Component Test

  1. Remove the fuser.
  2. Deactivate the right door safety switch (upper left) by inserting a tiny folded paper.
  3. Deactivate the right door logic switch (below the fuser on the right) by covering it using tape, while the switch is down.
  4. On the control panel, press the home button and press the down arrow till it features the diagnostics menu.
  5. Click on OK to select it.
  6. Now click on component test and then on the fuser motor test.

  8. Click on ITB contract test if the fuser motor is working smoothly and then press OK.

  11. Examine the connection to the J19 connector and J128 controller on the DC.
  12. Download the ITB again.
  13. Now remove the folded paper you inserted in the first step and the tape as well that you installed to deactivate the right door safety switch and right door logic switch.
  14. Then finally, reinstall all the components you uninstalled during the test.
