Reset Your ITB

  • You need to reset your ITB.
  • Check the internal connections of ITB such as the connection between ITB and a transfer-roller-disengagement sensor located at connector J19 and the connection between ITB and DC controller PCA also known as connector J128.

Test Your ITB

  1. Remove the ITB completely, if the issue still exists.

  4. You need to replace the ITB if you find it damaged.
  5. In case the ITB gear and flag is working properly, Check for the Sensor SR9. For this, you will have to follow the following steps to do the Manual Sensor test.
  6. Now remove the ITB gear, and locate the sensor SR9 which is located in the ITB cavity.
  7. Browse the control panel.
  8. Press the Home button, and to focus on the diagnostics menu press the down arrow.

  4. On the control panel, press the home button and press the down arrow till it features the diagnostics menu.
  5. Click on OK to select it.
  6. Now click on component test and then on the fuser motor test.

  9. While the test is running, notice the alienation drive hub located above the cyan cartridge.
  10. In case the test fails or the driver hub doesn’t rotate, then you need to replace the fuser drive assembly.
  11. Examine the connection to the J19 connector and J128 controller on the DC.
  12. Download the ITB again.
  13. Now remove the folded paper you inserted in the first step and the tape as well that you installed to deactivate the right door safety switch and right door logic switch.

HP Printer Error 59.F0 happens when a problem arises in the internal mechanism of the printer. Transfer alienation triggers the Error 59.F0 issue in your HP printer. It is a condition where the ITB is stuck and is unable to rotate.

The second cause that might be the reason behind the error is the SR9 sensor. The sensor plays a primary role in the transfer-roller-disengagement sensor which is otherwise known as Sensor K.

We hope the above methods helped you to Fix HP error 59.f0, and get you back to work as soon as possible.
