Step 11: Select the icon of Services in the taskbar to go back to the Services Window. 

Step 12: Select Print Spooler and then select Start. 

Step 13: Choose the icon of Devices and Printers in the taskbar and then go back to the window of Devices and Printers. 

Step 14: After that go to the blank area and then right-click on it. After that, select Add a printer. Then, you are required to carry out the instructions to re-add your printer.
