Step 1: Launch Run and then press the Windows and R key simultaneously.

Step 2: After that, you need to type Regedit in the Run box and then press the Enter key. 

Step 3: Click on Yes by going to the Use Account Control prompt. 

Step 4: Enter the following command in the registry path area at the upper section. 

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print 

Step 5: Go to the blank area and then right-click anywhere. After that, go to Choose New> DWORD Value. 

Step 6: Type RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled as the name of your DWORD.

Step 7: After that, go to the newly-created DWORD and then right-click on it. Type 0 in the value data field and then click on Ok.

Step 8: Close the Registry editor and then restart your computer.

3) Use Windows 10 Printer Troubleshooter

In case your printer error is still persisting, then you won't be able to print your documents. In order to fix this problem, you must use an inbuilt troubleshooter. It is going to detect and resolve your printer problems.
