Fix Refilled Cartridge Not Printing Correctly:

You are in the middle of printing work and suddenly your cartridges get empty. Refilling the ink cartridges should do the job but when you try to print documents after refilling the cartridges, it doesn't print correctly. Your printer either prints blank pages or others are striped prints.

This usually happens when you refill the cartridges with the attached printhead. These issues also occur if cartridges are not filled in a vacuum. When the seal of the vacuum gets broken, the ink distributes in the printhead and the surrounding sponge instead of localizing near the point of the syringe.

If you feel that the ink was injected in the right part of the sponge but the cartridge is still not printing, then below are the steps that you need to follow.

Step 1: First of all, run printhead cleaning cycles and then check your prints' quality. 

Step 2: Take a piece of tissue and damp it in water. In order to get the best results, you need to damp it in warm water. 

Step 3: Now, take out the cartridge from your printer and hold the damp tissue on your printhead for at least 60 seconds. 

Step 4:  After that, you will see ink traces on your damped tissue. 

Step 5: Then, wipe the dry area of the tissue multiple times on your printhead. After that, you will see some colors coming through. 

Step 6: Reinstall the ink cartridge and run another cleaning cycle using the software as you did in the first step. After that, you will be able to print properly. 

In case the issue is still persisting, then you must take the help of a professional in refilling the ink cartridges. You can also replace the cartridges with the new ones instead of refilling the old ones.
