I am able to print from my HP Officejet 4315 printer when it is connected wirelessly to my operating system. The problem arises when I scan any documents. At the time when I went to scan something, “No computer found” error message displays o the computer’s screen. To fix this issue, I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled my HP printer’s drivers but still, the problem is going on. I think there is some problem with HP printer settings, anyone knows how to resolve this issue?
